Nigeria is a country blessed with tastes from many places, this one comes from Northern Nigeria, it’s a beef jerky. Kilishi is a beef jerky prepared through two main steps, including sliced beef into very thin layered pieces and then dried well but not to crispy form, the last step includes marinate it in a solution of herbs, veggies and spices to give it a taste.

In the case of this fish, the Mbagogo fish that is being breed up locally is very good for the human body. The specificity of this fish is that it is very sweat in the mouth as it has the taste of soft meat due to the thickness of its layers. The Mbagogo fish comes from the Mbungo town in Cameroon.

Challah is a bread that is from the Eastern side of the European Origin. The term ”CHALLAH” is meant to be the kind of Bread and Cake. This bread is also known as ”SHABBAT BREAD”. Because on the Jewish festival Shabbat this bread is made and then serve to the Jewish members after prayer. The most traditional way to cook challah is from the plain wheat flour, eggs, salt, yeast, vegetable oil, sugar, and water to knead. There is much bread made up of similar ingredients but having some varieties and differences in shapes.
