Italy – Creamy Mushroom Chicken Pasta

Today I’ve brought a new recipe which is Chicken pasta which has a creamy taste and contains mushrooms. This dish works perfectly when there are unexpected guests in our house and we have nothing to make at that time. This dish is originated from Italy and the other name of pasta is alfredo. The person who invented this dish was Alfredo di Lelio.

Israel, United Arab Emirates – Kashkaval Potato Bourekas

Bourekas is the puff pastry dish from Israeli cuisine. This is made by a pastry of phyllo dough. The word boureka or borekita is the Judeo-Spanish word borrowed from the Turkish word BUREK. This dish is the HALF MOON SHAPED PASTRY, the ancient pastry cooked and baked from the old-time as the traditional dish from the bakery.

Japan – Chinmi: Salt-pickled Mullet Roe/ Kusaya

This is a Japanese delicacy and is supposed to be the rare and expensive food of Japan. It is Pickled seafood by adding preservatives. To name this delicacy, there is a common sentence used as ”THREE CHINMI OF JAPAN”: Kusaya(くさや), Funazushi (鮒寿司) and Kurozukuri(黒作り). The history of Japanese cuisine revolved around the main three ERA: KOFUN PERIOD from 3rd to 7th centuries followed by Yamato dynasty, and then the New Periods.

Levant, Egypt – Ful Medames With Challah

Ful medames is the Levantine salad made up of fava beans and raw vegetables. Ful medames is eaten in Arabic countries, Asia, Middle Eastern, and North African. This salad is the most ancient dish of Egyptian cuisine. There are many varieties of the dish around the world.

Nigeria – Beef Stew

Beef stew is delicious soup, unlike normal stew, the extra ingredient we will use here is red win. This wine helps to give the stew a rich content and flavor as well.

United Arab Emirates – Al Harees

This dish is actually a mixture of many things together in a blended form and seasoned with some spices. Al harees can be known by many other names according the different region where they evolved with different flavours like JAREESH, HARISA, HAREES, BOKO BOKO and PORRIDGE PASTE. The Arabic word ”Harees” mean MASHED or PASTE

Pakistan – Chicken Haleem

This dish is so popular through out the Asia and is a part of national cuisine of Pakistan. This dish is made from legume and lentils like red lentil, yellow, white gram and even from the porridge with oats, barley in it and any meat is also added to this dish so that it enhance the taste flavor and texture of the dish.
