Malawi – Thobwa

Thobwa is the very famous drink of Malawi. This drink is non-alcoholic but if we can leave this drink for few days then we can drink it as an alcoholic drink because it turned into beer due to the fermentation. The meaning of Thobwa is “SWEET BEER” but it is not alcoholic. It is a very refreshing drink on Hot days. In addition, The main famous foods of MALAWI are Fish and tea. This drink was originated from ZAMBIA but then famous in MALAWI.

Nepal – Laping

Laping is one of the spiciest noodles in Nepal. Basically, Laping noodles are related to Tibetan cuisine. If you think about the taste of the Laping then you should know that the laping noodles are itself tasteless. Laphing was introduced in Tibet in the beginning. In CHINA, it is called Cold Noodles, originated from the Northern region of China.

Nepal – Samay Baji

Samay baji is like a platter which consists of many dishes in a single plate but in small quantity. It is a traditional dish of Nepal and present in every house. Samy baji of Nepal is actually a sign of “GOOD LUCK” “HEALTH”. Every festival and event is incomplete without Samay Baji. This is a NEWARI FOOD.

Uganda – Katogo

Katogo is the best food in Uganda, especially in Kampala. The city has different tribes in different parts of the country, but when it comes to breakfast, everyone agrees on two things, Katogo or Kikomandu. The English meaning of “KATGO” is “MIX”, they just mix cassava and beans and make their dish ready. The ORIGINATION of KATOGO is from two countries Western Uganda and Buganda.
