Banoffee Pie is another type of delightfully sweet dessert. It is firstly made by a British Chef whose name is Ian Dowding, who firstly discovered this dessert probably in 1971. The word Banoffee has come from two words which are Banana and Toffee

Ghana – Jollof Rice

Ghanaian Jollof rice is what I am going to be writing on today. I had writing on jollof rice, but that was jollof rice prepared in the Cameroonian style. Preparing jollof rice in Ghana is slightly different. Take note not to get confuse.

Cameroon – Ajere Meat

The name Ajere meat comes from the Widikum dialect which means in English language the pink meat. This is due to the ingredients that is being used that gives the meat, the pink color. Ajere meat comes from the locality of Widikum, under the subdivision of Manchum in the North west side of Cameroon.

Laksa is the special soup curry that consists of spice and coconut milk. Laksa is incomplete without noodles because it gives it a unique texture and, that is why we try it and present it a unique and the best way of soup to serve in front of the guest in every event, especially in the winter season.

Korean – Jeon

Jeon is a kind of fritters used as a snack and in brunch. It is very common go-to food of Korean Cuisine. It is served as appetizer, anju or banchan. Banchan is named for the side dishes served with the main Korean meal. Anju is a Korean term used to call that snacks, served with alcohol. And Buchimgae is the Korean Pancake, used to cooked mainly with vegetables and smoked eggs.

Pakistan, India – Traditional Halwa Kaddu Gosht (Pumpkin Pudding with Mutton)

The main components of this dish are Pumpkin and Mutton meat. This dish is not expensive, but due to the little bit of the cost of mutton meat, it could be expensive, that’s why not every middle-class person can afford this dish. In the time Mughal Empire it is firstly introduced by the chef of the King and the King loves the way that he is cooked this dish.

Cameroon – Achu

Achu was considered as a river surrounded with many obstacles. This is a complete heavy dish. Serve and eating in Cameroon by nearly everyone, though not all. This is a delicacy that was introduced by the Mankon people, in Cameroon, precisely from the NW region of Cameroon. According to the Mankon tradition, this meal is eating with the hands or rather fingers and with no cutleries.

Pakistan – Delicious Mamtu (desi dumplings with special sauce) HUNZA SPECIAL

Mamtu is known as desi dumplings in Pakistan. This is the most eatable snack in Pakistan. This is very similar to dumplings but the size of mamtu is a little small.
