Hareesa is another name of goodness. It is combination of a thick garvy with meat and different spices in it.It consistency is like porridge. The word hareesa come from an Arabic word harees.
The best and popular snack in Pakistan is pakoras. Lahore is a famous place to eat pakoras. Pakora is a combination of gram flour, vegetables and some spices. You can put whatever vegetables you like in pakora.
Moti pulao is actually soft and moisture spicy rice with small meatballs in it.This is the most flavorful and delicious lucnch or dinner.The hot spicy rice with mutton meatballs in it is the most famous in Pakistan especially in Karachi.
Namkeen gosht is delicious meet dish. Traditionally, small cubes of goat or cow cooked in ginger, garlic, sat, black pepper and green chili. It is popular in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Nothing is more delicious then saag and makai ki roti. In English saag is called mustard leaves. There are very famous saying in villages “Makki ki roti aur sarson ka saag”.

Kurnoo is a wheat wrap cooked in an open fire the wheat wrap has meat inside. This is a very unique dish in Baluchistan also in Punjab. The Smokey aroma of it attracts people.
Charsi tikka is one the unique most famous and yummy tikka in Pakistan. Tikka is small chunks of meat you can use any meat like chicken, mutton, beef etc. The most famous place to eat charsi tikka is namak mandi, Lahore.
In English ”kohan” is called ”cow hump”. This part of beef is so yummy and flavorful. This is very unique in Pakistan. Only few of the restaurant have this appetizing dish in their menu. This is very famous on eid-ul-adha (bakra eid).
