The Maldives – Traditional Garudhiya (Fish Soup)

Garudhiya is one of the famous and traditional dishes of Maldives. Garudhiya is a fragrant fish soup with some kind of spices and vegetables in it. This is so famous in winters. This dish is made by adding water, fish, spices, vegetables, and lemon to it. The very important part of the dish is to add lemon to it because the lemon adds a unique flavor to it.

China – Jianbing

Lobster is blue in color but they change color after they are cooked. The lobster has a very unique taste and the texture is soft and mushy which melts in your mouth. This is available at street vendors. People enjoy this in winters as a late-night snack on cold nights. The recipe of this dish is written in a famous recipe book of the Maldives in ancient time.

Pakistan – Traditional Siri Paye

Siri Paye is one of the most unique and rewarding recipe of Pakistani cuisine. Siri means the head of the goat or cow and the paya means the feet of the goat. The siri and the payas are roasted over an open fire to burn off the hair from the skin.

Nepal – Chuira

Chuira is Flattened rice that is eaten at Teatime because it is a kind of Snack that you must try whenever you visit Nepal. Many people use this snack at dinner time or in breakfast because of its taste that you can not deny eating this.

Japan – Makizushi Rolls

Makizushi is Japanese rolled sushi. This is formed by rolling a cylindrical roll of sushi then cut into a plain patty-like round shaped. This is rolled by using bamboo mats. There are many variations in which form the fish would be presented like mostly uncooked thin-sliced fish are embedded in it.

The United Arab Emirates – Shawarma

This dish is traditionally from Arabic cuisine and very famous in the Middle East. This is a type of proper meal in which meat and some vegetables is wrapped in a form of bread. Place of origin is Ottaman Empire. This dish is originated from Emirati cuisine which is from the LEVANTINE ARAB STATES.

Tunisian / Moroccan / Israel – Shakshouka

Shakshouka is an Arabic word which means “mixture”. It is one of the best dishes of all the African cuisines. This dish consists of eggs which are poached in a tomato sauce underneath it. It is not only served as a breakfast rather it is also served as lunch and dinner. It is said that this dish came into existence in the regions of Tunisia and Yemen. After people living in the North of Africa migrated to Israel, this dish became Israel’s national dish.
