The United Arab Emirates – ASIDA

This dish is the old traditional cuisine of the state ” Al Andulas ”. It is actually a dessert rich or honey, butter having a lump of cooked dough. This dish is popular on Muslim / Islamic traditions like Eid, Shabrat, Aqeeqa etc.

United Arab Emirates – Om Ali

This is a dessert that originated from Egypt, but popular in the whole UAE. The word OM ALI is derived from the meaning ”MOTHER OF ALI”. This name is given after the wife of Ruler of ”AYYUBID EMPIRE”. MOTHER OF ALI is traced from the Era of Ayyubid Empire. Khumaimaa is the dish that is similar to the OM ALI. It is originated from Iran and Jordan and is a part of its national cuisine.

Rwanda – Boiled Kumara With Nuts

In Rwanda Kumara is simply a sweet potato, boiled sweet potatoes with nuts is another taste to try. Sometimes modern ways of eating influenced by globalization brings a hearty challenge for this dish, although it still holds the front position to the most loved traditional dishes in the country.

United Arab Emirates – Kousa Mahshi

Kousa Mahshi is a dish of the whole Middle East and many other countries. This dish is a rice stuffed zucchini or squash. As a cultural component, it is served as the main dish or snacks at meetings, parties, Ramzan, meetings, before meals, sometimes after meals, etc. Stuffed zucchini (or squash), zucchini (KOUSA in Arabic) is the side dish of the national cuisine of Arabs. This dish has several alternative names.

Pakistan, India, Bangladesh – Lady Finger

Lady finger is the most local cuisine of Asian countries like Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. This dish is delicious as well as healthy. Many people like this dish because of it’s good taste and it is healthy as well.

Japan – Champon Noodles

This dish is noodles soup having many vegetables and fish, prawns, chicken with eggs and some seasonings. This dish is inspired by Chinese cuisine and is served world widely in many Japanese restaurants. This dish is originated from NAGASAKI, Japan. This was adopted by the Japanese from the Meiji Era. The name of the dish came up by Hookein word, CHIAH-PNG, which means TO EAT MEAT. In Japan, different areas and cities have different flavored-based soup noodles.

Japan – Oden (Japanese Fish Cake Stew)

This is a one-pot Japanese dish. In this dish, the main elements are used which are different from the individual. Oden is a name given to this dish which is previously named as ”MISODENGAKU”, or simply known as ”Denjaku”. This is a type of ”Nabenomo”, a dish known as things in a pot.

Pakistan – Traditional Kurnoo Mince Filled Wheat Wrap (Balochistan Special)

Kurnoo is a wheat wrap cooked in an open fire the wheat wrap has meat inside. This is a very unique dish in Baluchistan also in Punjab. The Smokey aroma of it attracts people.

Ghana – Jollof Rice

Ghanaian Jollof rice is what I am going to be writing on today. I had writing on jollof rice, but that was jollof rice prepared in the Cameroonian style. Preparing jollof rice in Ghana is slightly different. Take note not to get confuse.

Karahi is one of the local cuisine of Pakistan and other Asian countries. This dish has one important components which is Chicken. Only Chicken can make this dish tasty. Karahi can also be made with mutton but most people use chicken for this dish.
