Italy – Saltimbocca

Saltimbocca is an Italian classic dish which is basically chicken and prosciutto wrapped together and then cooked in a sauce of wine and garlic. Saltimbocca is an Italian word and its meaning in English is “jump to the mouth”. The origin of Saltimbocca is quite a mystery. This dish is one of the best looking dish as well and really if you want to spend your money well you should try this.

Cameroon – Nso Koki Corn

Nso koki corn is a form of corn that is opposite to the legendary known type of Koki, known as Koki beans. In the mouth, it has the feeling of being hard and soft at the same time, though generally, it is harder in the mouth. Nso koki corn is a meal from the Banso inhabitants, also known as the Nso inhabitants.

Uganda – Katogo

Katogo is the best food in Uganda, especially in Kampala. The city has different tribes in different parts of the country, but when it comes to breakfast, everyone agrees on two things, Katogo or Kikomandu. The English meaning of “KATGO” is “MIX”, they just mix cassava and beans and make their dish ready. The ORIGINATION of KATOGO is from two countries Western Uganda and Buganda.

Kulhi Boakibaa is basically made of tuna fish and spices and this is why it is called savory dessert. This is very similar to Aluvi Boakibaa but the difference is Aluvi Boakibaa cake is made of coconut and it is sweet. This recipe was made by a famous chef of the Maldives in early times.
