South Africa – Chicken Biltong

Chad is located in the north-central of African Continent. La Bouillie is porridge dish, prepared in the country using various cereal like rice or wheat.

Cameroon – Fufu Cake With Vegetables

The name given to this local cuisine actually sounds very funny and sweat at the same time in the mouth. The reason why the name fufu cake is existing is because the fufu resembles powder cake. This dish is cooked in the North of Cameroon.
