Cameroon – Akara

Akara is a cuisine in Cameroon most people have eating. This particular cuisine I often call it, the breakfast cuisine. This is because, it is mostly eating during breakfast in Cameroon.

Nigeria – Worowo Vegetable

There is a soup called Worowo vegetable soup. It is made from leaves. This leaf until you have them and harvest, you can’t prepare worowo soup. This is a Nigeria cuisine and particular from the people of Ekiti state. What accompanies worowo soup is pounded yams.

Pakistan – Mutton Pulao/Pilaf

This dish is made by meat stock and then several spices, chilies, and vegetables are added. Biryani is supposed to be spicier and has the addition of more spices in it. It is assumed that Pulao is only made by meat but in Pakistan, Pulao has many varieties even in vegetarian. Also in Pakistan, Pulao is served on the hawkers roadside and even in restaurants. The road side pulao is also known as TAWA PULAO. Mutton is cooked around the Bakra Eid ( festivals of Muslim, eid).

Filipino – Sans Rival (Dessert Cake)

Sans Rival is an cake type dessert. It is not a normal cake as normally cakes are soft but due to meringues this cake gets a crunchy texture which adds another dimension of flavor and complexion to the dish. Sans Rival is an French word which means “without rival”. The first Sans Rival was made in the years between 1920 and 1930. Its background may be French but it was first made in the Philippines.

This dish is famous through out Pakistan and even outside the country by known flavors and authentic original taste come out with the amazing juiciness and tenderness of the meat.
