Gur wale chawal or sweet rice or jaggery rice is originated in the Indian subcontinent. It is famous for its sweet taste in Pakistan. Sweet brings happiness to faces and this dish works well in this case.

Japan – Beef Sukiyaki

This dish is served in Nabemono style, one bowl having all the elements together. Nabe means hotpot or cooking pot and, Mono means things. This is like a bowl of happiness in winters and a very delicious-looking dish. This dish is versatile because of the vast addition of ingredients in it.

Yangzhou fried rice is the yummiest rice of Hong Kong and, it consist of flavors of vegetables and stew of meat that make it very special and unique. Yangzhou fried rice is named on the basis of the town which is also named Yangzhou. It is originated in Eastern China’s rich Yangtze River delta.

Cambodia – Samlar Machu

Tonle Sap is a river and lake in Cambodia that flow in two different way during the year. In the monsoon season, Tonle Sap lake provides lots of food, freshwater fish that swim upstream. As an agricultural country, Cambodia has many delicious food variants, especially soup. Samlar Machu is one of the Cambodian sups that have a sour taste (Machu).

Like in the United State of America they love frying Irish potatoes especially to eat in hamburgur or tacos but here in Cameroon we mostly love doing Irish potatoes and pepper soup. And meals also best to eat when you have caught cold.

Klepon is one of the traditional snacks from Southeast Asia. This snack can be found in some countries like Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. Klepon is a green ball-shaped rice cake filled with palm sugar sauce, topped with grated coconut.
