Kuwait – Traditional Machboos (Spicy Rice With Chicken and Red Sauce)

Machboos is the national dish of Kuwait. The rice specialty with tender and juicy meat with delicious red sauce is amazing. Whenever visitors visit Kuwait they always try Machboos because of rice and who does not love rice. The interesting thing about the dish is the rice is soaked in rose water and saffron. The other rice dishes which are made in rice do not add rose water to the rice. This is the only dish that includes rose water.

Pakistan – Anday Ka Halwa (Eggs Dessert)

Anday ka Halwa or Eggs dessert is a very special traditional sweet dish in Pakistan. It is made with a mixture of some eggs, milk, and some other ingredients. This traditional sweet dish specially made in the winter season.

Japan – Mushi Manju

It is a sort of steamed cake or steamed dumpling in sweet flavors. It is also known as Japanese Confession cuisine, WAGASHI. Wagashi is the Japanese confession meal that is traditionally served with green tea. Wagashi is made up and serves as a gift for festivals, to admire the Tradition of Japan. Manju is made up of different main ingredient that is filled with the different fillings.

Korea – Dolsot Bibimbap

It is a rice dish in which different ingredients are added and served with eggs. It is also known by names like MIXED RICE. This dish is the type of Korean cuisine category: BAP. Cooked rice in any form is named BAP in Korea. The origin of this dish, Bibimbap is unknown. But this is a very old traditional dish. Both bap and Bachan are Korean categories of national cuisine. There are some areas in which leftover rice is mixed with leftover curries and vegetables to make bibimbap. Dolsot is the cookware used in Korean Kitchen to cook bibimbap and other bap dishes.

United Arab Emirates – Tharid / Thereed

This is the special dish from the cuisine of Arabs. In Dubai food festival, huge varieties of dishes are served and most famous among them is this ”THARID”. It is said that this dish is very authentic and from the back of the time, because this specific dish is mentioned in the Hadith of the specific Islamic sayings.

Jordan, United Arab Emirates – Mansaf

This dish is very royal having different ingredients together on a plate. This is a very delicious dish, very popular throughout the UAE. It is an Arabic dish and as we knew, Arabs have many royal dishes with the use of a huge amount of meat especially lamb meat or mutton, and dry fruits, nuts, saffron, etc. Atwa (truce) and Ja’ha (peacemaking process) are the two main events of Jordan and this dish is also very important in these events. In the 20th Century, Joseph Massad declared this dish as the traditional and national dish of Jordan.

Japan – Yakiniku

YAKINIKU is grilled meat inspired by western cuisine. The term Yakiniku is associated with Korean restaurants, in Osaka and Tokyo. From 1872, in the MEJI period, this Korean cuisine influenced Japanese dishes.

Pakistan – Lassi or Lachedar Paratha

Lassi is well known drink of Punjabis. Pakistanis usually drink lassi in breakfast. There are two types of lssi one is sweet and other is salty. Salty lassi is usually used in lunch.

Pakistan – Dum Keema Biryani (Steamed Mince Biryani / Rice)

This dish is very popular in Pakistan, as a national dish from Pakistan, at the area of Sindh. Sindh, a province of Pakistan, from where biryani is famous. Sindh has a city known as ”Hyderabad” and the famous biryani is known as Hyderabadi Biryani or also known as Sindhi biryani.
