The Philippines – Pan De Sal (Filipino Bread Rolls)

This is Filipino bread prepared by yeast-raised flour in the Philippines. The traditional and famous breakfast of Filipino cuisine is Pan De Sal with butter, jam, and Tea. Pan De Sal was introduced in the Philippines as the French Baguette bread version of Filipino cuisine. It is formerly called PAN DE SUEL that means Floor Bread. It was cooked by a wood-fired oven also known as PUGON.

Kousa Mahshi is a dish of the whole Middle East and many other countries. This dish is a rice stuffed zucchini or squash. As a cultural component, it is served as the main dish or snacks at meetings, parties, Ramzan, meetings, before meals, sometimes after meals, etc. Stuffed zucchini (or squash), zucchini (KOUSA in Arabic) is the side dish of the national cuisine of Arabs. This dish has several alternative names.

Curry is basically a gravy made up of some specific ingredients, spices, yogurt, cream by adding vegetables and meat in it. karē raisu is Japanese curry. It is served on rice with some vegetables that are pickled. This is thick stew-like gravy or curry. This dish is first time introduced at the MEJI ERA and, the first dish was KARE RAISU. It is also a very popular story that Japanese curry is used to cure BERIBERI disease. For Japan, Japanese curry is the national dish of Japanese cuisine.
