Pakistan – Chicken Spinach

I love to spend my time in kitchen and I always try to prepare and introduce new dishes. Today I have planned to prepare Chicken Spinach because chicken spinach is a traditional food of Pakistan.

Korea – Bulgogi

Bulgogi is Korean style grilled and roasted meat dish which is also known as FIRE MEAT. BULGOGI is a Korean word, where BUL means, Fire, and GOGI means, Meat. Gui is a Korean cooking style which is usually said in a sense of Grilled food. So this dish, Bulgogi is a Gui. During the era of GOGURYEO, this dish is called MAEKJEOK. Over the time this dish is said to be as NEOBIANI.

Japan – Melonpan

Sweet bun soft inside covered with crispy-crunchy cookie dough is the best thing for a snack as a biscuit, like a cookie, as a bun. This is known as melonpan because of having the same shape like melon. This is more like a bun in texture but having many flavors to be added on to give exotic flavors and new tastes. There are various types of the melonpan bun with different fillings and stuffing added.

Pakistan – Tawa Keema

This dish is very simple and easy to cook with tremendous flavors and aromatic meat dish. This dish is actually a mince dish cooked with simple normal used spices at home.

Pakistan – Bharay Karelay (Stuffed Bitter Gourd)

Karela or bitter gourd/bitter melon is a unique fruit or vegetable which is used for cooking and also for the treatment of some diseases. Some people call it fruit and some people call it vegetables.

This smoked beef brisket just melts in your mouth so you have to make it soft and spicy. It is like the bar be Que dish but you have to make it in the oven. This is very expensive to eat, so you should try the best one. This dish is famous all around the world.

Pakistan – Achar Gosht

It is a traditional Pakistani dish make up of pickle and meat. ”ACHAR” is known as pickle in urdu language and ”GOSHT” is used to said meat of any kind like mutton beef or either chicken. So the dish is made up of these two elements is known as ACHAR GOSHT.

Pakistan – Traditional Dowdo (Thick Soup With Wheat Noodles and Mustard Leaves) GILGIT SPECIAL

Dowdo is one of the famous and delicious soup in Pakistan. This is the specialty of Gilgit Baltistan. Dowdo is a thick creamy soup that has soft wheat noodles in it and it also has boiled mustard leaves which give it a desi look and flavor.

United Arab Emirates – Kabsa

This is known as MIXED RICE PLATTER also NATIONAL DISH OF ARABS. This dish is very versatile and popular in the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. The word KABASA means to squeeze out. In this dish, this word means to cook all the elements like meat portion and vegetables with rice is squeezed in one pot. There are many varieties of KABASA served in UAE according to the different addition of ingredients.

This dish is very popular and fusion of two different dishes which are tikka and Handi. The literary meaning of the word ”MALAI” that comes from the word MAKHAN means butter in Urdu. This dish has four words.
