[Cameroon]-Roasted Fish and Fried Ripe

Fish is a local cuisine eating in Cameroon. The preparation of this dish is quite easy if you follow the steps, I will give to you in this article.

Pakistan – Lahori Charga (Whole Chicken Fry)

The word ”Charga” comes from the meaning whole chicken when spiced up and steam it make it moisture and juicy and than fried to give the crispy touch to it. This dish is so popular in the Lahore region of Punjab, Pakistan so it name like Lahori charga.

United Arab Emirates – Falafel

Falafel is a dish from Arab cuisine. It is actually a ball-shaped dish that is deep-fried and then served. It is included in the street food of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and even in Egypt. This is a purely vegetarian dish and loved by anyone who can eat tons of Falafel.

Pakistan – Achari Baingan (Pickle Flavor Brinjal)

This is actually a vegetarian dish, made up of Brinjal / eggplant. The use of the ingredients in this dish gives it an aromatic kick, mouth bursting flavors, and amazing aroma. In this dish, usually, round brinjals are taken.

Japan – Okowa (Japanese Sticky Rice)

This is Japanese-style steamed sticky rice. This special rice is cooked with vegetables and meat if you like to add on. The word OKOWA came from the Japanese word, KOWAMESHI, which means ”Hard rice”. OKOWA means in this dish like we sometimes used different varieties of rice in making this dish. However, in this dish they are not hard rice, they are cooked sticky rice

United Kingdom, England – Traditional Special Shepherd’s Pie

Shepherd’s pie is the most common and popular dish in the United Kingdom. The word shepherd means the meat of lamb or goat. This dish is a mixture of Mutton mince and mashed potatoes. The dish Shepherd’s pie is actually originated from Scotland which is the northern part of England and then it becomes a part of the United Kingdom.

Nigeria – Ewa Riro

Ewa Riro will tell the story of a stirred black-eyed peas’ taste. It is a loved and respected dish from Yoruba tribe in Nigeria, because of the long lasting cooked cuisine within the Yoruba speaking people. It’s title “Ewa Riro” suggest that it is a stirred or stewed beans roast, this however doesn’t mean it to be stirred or stewed.

Cameroon – Banga-Rice
