Italy – Lasagne Bolognese With Bechamel Sauce

Lasagna is one of Italy’s finest cuisines ever made. It has a place in the heart of the Italian cuisine. Lasagna was first made in the city of Naples where this dish became popular in no time. The word Lasagna was embraced from the Greek dish “Lasanum” which meant “cooking pot” because it was made in it. As my opinion goes I will always recommend everyone to try it because it is also one of my favorite foods to eat. It may not be the healthiest but it is tasty.

Cameroon – Red Pepper Food With Ripe Plantains

Red pepper food is a meal prepared after a particular event like the over drinking of alcohol. This practice generally takes place on Sundays at 2:00 PM after a meeting ceremony, better known as njangui. Cameroon – Koki Beans

Koki beans is a deliciuous meal which is gotten from a special specie of beans called black-eyed-peas. This beans is cultivated mostly in some villages in the north west region like in Ndu and Ntui and in the south west region in meme division particularly in Mbonge , ekombe bonji and ekondo titi. Here in Cameroon you will hear names like “mami koki” referring to women who sell koki for a livelihood.
