Pakistan – Karhi

Karhi of dahi (yogurt) was one of the famous dishes of subcontinent. It is the part of local cuisine of subcontinent (India and Pakistan). It was mainly eaten with khichri. But people also liked to eat it with boiled rice or chappati also.

Pakistan – Punjabi Tradition Sarson Da Saag or Makki De Roti

Sarson da saag is actually mustard leaves and makki de roti is maize flour chapati. This dish is also a time consuming recipe that took almost 12 hours or a whole night when cooked on clay pot (mitti k handi).

Knafeh is a delicious Cheese pastry dish. It is usually called Palestine dessert but included in many other Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines. There is an ancient story of Knafeh, from the Fatimid Egyptian Empire or Umayyad Caliphate. There are also many variants of Knafeth in Greece, Turkey and Palestine.

Morocco – Chicken Tagine

Tagine cuisines in Morocco refers to the undisturbed recipe, meaning a recipe is cooked until ready undisturbed. It is mostly used while preparing vegetable Tagine. These cuisines are normally prepared on Fridays where all the family, friends or relative are home and it’s normally a day for week off.

Ncima is a home made cuisine from Mozambique, rarely found in big restaurants or hotels. It is a cornmeal with meat soup on top, that is made almost in every home in the late mornings.

Kebab is a meat patty cook on grilling pan. Reshmi kebab is one of the famous and delicious dish in Pakistan. This is very famous Karachi. This dish has a smokey spicy flavor and the texture is very moist this not need any sauce (chutney) because of it’s texture.

Pakistan – Delicious Mamtu (desi dumplings with special sauce) HUNZA SPECIAL

Mamtu is known as desi dumplings in Pakistan. This is the most eatable snack in Pakistan. This is very similar to dumplings but the size of mamtu is a little small.
