Paratha is the National breakfast of Pakistan, so I decided to share with you the recip[e of our National Breakfast theat I will describe below step by step.

Syria, United Arab Emirates – Mutabbal/ Baba ghanoush

Mutabal is also known as Baba Ganoush. This is like a dip made up of eggplants. In the Arabic language, the word ”BABA” means ”FATHER”. The other word is ”ġannūj” is the personal full name. Mutabal is another name for this dish in Levantine, Syria, etc. This means ”SPICED”. The culinary tradition of Israeli cuisine is from the GREATER SYRIA. In a Syrian meal, this is served with coffee. This is served also with the CONFECTIONERY SWEET, desserts, etc.

Pakistan – Chicken Kabab

This dish is from a traditional Pakistan’s recipe that is famous and well known. One of the most popular grills and fried item around the world are definitely kabab. This dish also has different shapes and different cooking methods.

India, Pakistan, Bangladeshi – Pizza

Pizza is an Italian delicious cuisine. It is the not the most traditional dish but it has become the the most local cuisine in different parts of world. Many people in Pakistan and India and many other Asian countries like to eat this delicious dish. It has a delicious taste and it is offered in many restaurants.

Kuwait – Lugaimat (Sweet Dumplings )

Lugaimat is one of the most delicious and appetizing deserts in Kuwait. This is available at every restaurant in Kuwait. Lugaimat is also called ”sweet dough balls”. This is a little similar to doughnuts but not exactly the same.

Filipino – Chicken Adobo

Chicken Adobo is an classic Filipino dish which is famous throughout the country because of its elegant taste and simplicity. It is the national dish of Philippines and is one the best dishes in the whole country. It is eaten at both lunch and dinner and is enjoyed by the families altogether. This dish goes way back to early 16th and 17th century. Adobo is an Spanish word which means marination.

Korea – Jajangmyeon (자장면)

This is Korean noodles with black beans sauce. This dish is from the MYEON category of Korean cuisine. Noodles are very popular in South Korea and people used to love noodles in soups, curries, salads, etc. This dish has origin from Chinese cuisine but has an impact on Korean cuisine and now it is cooked in Korea with different variations. Gonghwachun (공화춘; 共和春) was the Chinese restaurants in 1900’s. They introduced the dish of noodles with red beans sauce to Korea.

Pakistan – Traditional Kurnoo Mince Filled Wheat Wrap (Balochistan Special)

Kurnoo is a wheat wrap cooked in an open fire the wheat wrap has meat inside. This is a very unique dish in Baluchistan also in Punjab. The Smokey aroma of it attracts people.

Pakistan – Tandoori Kababs

This is very popular ‘’bar b que’’ dish served in every restaurants in Pakistan. The word TANDOOR is used to describe the elongated clay oven usually used to make tandoori naan and tandoori roti/ chapati. It is also known as earth oven.

Pakistan, India – Chana Dal Chawal (Split Lentils or Chickpeas With Boiled Rice)

Chana daal is an Urdu language word that means split lentils and it is also known as baby chickpeas. It is full of healthy diets and one of the great nutritious dishes in Pakistan. In Pakistan, it is available at many small restaurants, like Dhaba and some other places.
