Pani puri is something like Golgappa which are round-shaped balls. Pani puri is famous all around the world but in different styles. Almost in every country, this pani puri is popular as a ” STREET FOOD “. No one in this world I thought who didn’t like Pani puri.
Pani puri is served in different varieties, Pani puri is one of the best street food. The plate is full of puri, chutney, salad, khatta. Pani puri or Golgapa gives you the best food on the street. Now I have learned the art of making something that makes me enjoy crime at home. I’m not talking about heat energy instead of refining raw materials and freshwater quality.
Pani puri should be crispy because it gives you a very good taste. It should only be obtained by transferring gluten particles into the food. Therefore, it is important to knead the dough well so that it becomes soft when it does not break.
The oil should be heated to a moderate temperature, it should be heated in a pure so that it swells and swells from brown to a golden brown. Place the over-fried tortillas on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to remove excess oil. As long as they are warm, do not stack the prawns on top of each other, as they can be soft and crisp. Once they have cooled, transfer them to an airtight container.
Pani puri is not only famous in Nepal but a popular street food restaurant in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh as well. It is a small cake filled with a cream mixer with baking paper and other ingredients. Then the room was filled with fresh water and cracks filled everyone’s mouths.
