Omo Tuo is a Ghanaian dish that may impress many, because of it’s likeness looking to Fufu. This cuisine is of another kind, made from rice and rounded to a shape that is actually sizable to serve one person fully.

Cameroon – Egussi Pudding

Egussi pudding is a delicious meal which is made from egussi and other ingredients. Egussi pudding is common in the center region of Cameroon. It is mostly prepared by the Bassa and Ewondo tribe people. This particular meal is a tradition meal in some villages in Bamenda the North West region of Cameroon. In general, egussi pudding is a very delicious meal which can be eaten with ripe plantains, bobolo, coco yams and it can be taken for a picnic as well.

Pakistan – Methi Matar Malai

Methi matar malai is one of the local cuisines of Pakistan and India. This dish is mostly eaten in the winter season because of the fresh fenugreek (Methi). People who are suffering from diseases such as diabetes should eat this dish because it slows down the rate of sugar absorption in the blood.

Congo meat is snail meat. Congo meat is well appreciated by the people of the North West parts of Cameroon due to the fact that it is believed to be a blood cleanser. Dim sum meal is the special meal of Hong Kong, and it has many dishes in it so har gow is one of them. Har Gow is named as in the Chinese language, its actual name is shrimp dumpling. You can enjoy it at the breakfast, in the evening or in dinner as well.

Cameroon – Kwacoco Bible

Kwacoco Bible is grated cocoyam mixed with spinach, palm oil, spices, smoked fish, crayfish, wrapped in plantain leaves and steamed and is cooked by many families, reasons being that it is economical and it has an ancestral link, that is, it is being perpetuated right from our ancestors to our grandparents till present date. Kwacoco Bible is a delicacy commonly prepared in the south west region of Cameroon.
