Cameroon – Moino Meat

Moino meat is meat gotten from a bird species. The bird in question is called moino and it lives in bushy areas and swampy areas. The eating of moino is well spreaded in the locality of Ndé and it has become a substitute of chicken. Moino meat is a meat type that has spreaded to the other regions and localities of Cameroon.

Cameroon – Cow Bone With Ekusi and Leaves

Cow bone is the part of the cow that many people like eating because for them it is a very in the mouth. In today’s local cuisine, the sweat cow bone shall be prepared with ekusi and leaves. Cow bone with ekusi and leaves is cooked in Ndaba, Cameroon.

The dish am about to write about today is a wonderful dish. It is usually seen as a sister or brother to Egusi pudding. This dish is groundnut pudding. It is made from groundnut. Groundnut is the main ingredient. It is usually called Mboh.

Black sauce with plantains and white sauce is a meal of two extremes, white and black. The black sauce represents the black soil on which the inhabitants plant in order to have what to eat and the white sauce represents the white products they get after a hard and difficult time of planting.
