Japan – Teppanyaki
Teppanyaki is a Japanese-style dish. Teppan means ”Metal plate on which this dish is cooked on”. And Yaki means ”grilled or cooked, fried” etc. It is believe that Teppanyaki dishes are originated from Shigeji Fujioka.

Kulfi is a word derived from Persian language that means ” COVERED CUP”. It is called so because it is when cooked and set in the specific molds / kulfi cup they have to sealed from the top so that the proper shape is maintained when frozen.
This is a special dish cooked by adding a special ingredient that is not common. The name of this dish comes from its main ingredient, BRAIN. The brain of cow, lamb, the goat, camel is usually cooked here in Pakistan. All the traditional dishes are from the time of MUGHAL EMPIRE, Royal kitchen and Indian Subcontinent. It is the ritual even now when EID-UL-AZHA is celebrated, breakfast is the masala liver and lunch would be brain masala.

The use of Tahini sauce and Amba pickle is also very common but it is the variety infused with UAE culture. Tahini sauce is basically a sauce from Arab and Emirati cuisine so it is a dish with different culture infusion. More specifically, Israeli cuisine, Middle Eastern cuisine, and Arab cuisine have the same roots of origin. Israel’s culinary culture is the history of 3000 years. The history of Israeli cuisine is divided into different eras of development. At the time of 1940 to 1950, there were Iraqi Jews refugee created these dishes.
Bhindi which is also called as lady finger and okra is the most popular local cuisine in Asian countries like Pakistan, India, Bangladesh. Bhindi is tasty in taste as well as it is a healthy dish. Most people like this dish because of it’s good taste. Many desi restaurants in Pakistan and India offer this delicious local cuisine.
