Pakistan – Channy Bhature

The first thing that I want to describe is channy. Channy is an urdu word which means chick pea and bhature is a name of a chpatti like (poori) which we can eat with channay.

Korean – Gopchang

In Korean cuisine, Gui is known to be Grilled items of food. Gopchang is a dish of Korean Cuisine, belongs to the GUI category in which grilled items are listed. It is server with hot-pot, barbecue or sundae(sausage), etc.

Pakistan, India – Traditional Mutton Kaleji Masala

Pakistan is the only country in West Asia that produced a lot of desi dishes and enjoyed these dishes by everyone. Traditional Kaleji Masala is one of them that produced by Pakistan. On the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha (an eid to sacrifices), Eid we Muslims do sacrifice their animals and shared some meat with the poor and their relatives. There are also different claims about the origin of Kaleji Masala.

Singapore, Indonesia – Kwetiau Goreng

This dish is a very unique dish, it actually called a Chinese dish but it is related to the cuisine of Singapore and Indonesia. Usually, people of Indonesia want to eat breakfast. It is a FRIED RICE NOODLES. The meaning of Kwetiau is “FLAT NOODLES”. Kwetiau Goreng is also used as street food in Singapore. Basically, the origin of this dish is China.

Chicken tikka Handi is a special dish in Pakistan. The aroma and fragrance of this dish are mouth-watering. Handi is an Urdu language word which means dish or curry, A handi is a wide-based earthen pot with a lid. This dish is available at many famous restaurants.

Jordan, United Arab Emirates – Mansaf

This dish is very royal having different ingredients together on a plate. This is a very delicious dish, very popular throughout the UAE. It is an Arabic dish and as we knew, Arabs have many royal dishes with the use of a huge amount of meat especially lamb meat or mutton, and dry fruits, nuts, saffron, etc. Atwa (truce) and Ja’ha (peacemaking process) are the two main events of Jordan and this dish is also very important in these events. In the 20th Century, Joseph Massad declared this dish as the traditional and national dish of Jordan.
