Rwanda – Isombe

Isombe is a vegetable of Cassava leaves, that are boiled fresh with water, then mixed with other ingredients to bring the best recipe. This cuisine is prepared in Rwanda mostly in rural areas, due to the availability of Cassava leaves being low.

Pakistan – Dahi Bhare (Street Food)

This is a special dish of an all-time favorite. This is actually a food, usually found on the hawker’s stall and roadside stalls. This is a special type of snack, consist of yogurt, lentils balls and some sauces, etc. This dish has many components to assemble.

Pakistan, India, Bangladesh – Khad Khargosh (Rabbit Curry)

Khad is actually the jaw of an animal that is very healthy to eat. This is not a common dish of Pakistan but one of the healthiest dishes to eat. Most people are not known for this dish, but once you eat this you can’t regret eating this.

Cameroon – Yam Tubers With Green Vegetable Leaves

Yam tubers with green vegetable leaves is a common meal in Cameroon. It is a common meal in that it tells the story of a people that live by Divine Instructions, tilting the soil. The people that eat this food do not care much about the taste but the wellbeing it offers them after they eat this food. This is story of the people of Nanga-Ebogo in Cameroon.

Cameroon – Kombassa Soup

Kombassa soup is a soup of raw plantains and chicken. Kombassa here stands for unity. So the use of kombassa in describing this meal has its great significance which means the food that unites. The way the plantains is being cooked is different from the traditional cooking style of plantains. Kombassa soup comes from Kom in the North West region of Cameroon.

Pakistan, India – Palak Gosht (Spinach)

Palak Gosht is the most common and favorite cuisine of people of Pakistan, India, and other Asian countries. Palak is a seasonal dish, it is mostly eaten in the winter season. In the past when spinach was first originated from Persia (Iran) it was called as aspanakh over there.

Malawi – Phala la Mgaiwa

Malawi, is a Safari place to enjoy new moments, most of which is enjoyed in traditional dishes like the one we are up to. It is a country in southern Africa with many tribes like Chea and Yao, taking agriculture as a part in their huts life.

Korea – Jajangmyeon (자장면)

This is Korean noodles with black beans sauce. This dish is from the MYEON category of Korean cuisine. Noodles are very popular in South Korea and people used to love noodles in soups, curries, salads, etc. This dish has origin from Chinese cuisine but has an impact on Korean cuisine and now it is cooked in Korea with different variations. Gonghwachun (공화춘; 共和春) was the Chinese restaurants in 1900’s. They introduced the dish of noodles with red beans sauce to Korea.

Japan, China – Sanbeiji ( Three Cup Chicken )

Three Cup Chicken is also known by the name, San Bei Ji. It is a very popular dish in China and Taiwan cuisine but also very popular evenly in Japan. It is known as a three-cup chicken because the used in this dish is made by a cup of three ingredients. It is served with Congee and Rice.

Nigeria – Okpa

Rare cuisines prepared mostly in Africa. Okpa is rare dish. You will mostly see this dish in Nigeria or if prepare elsewhere, you may find out and see the chef or person that prepared the dish is from Nigeria. This doesn’t mean that you can’t prepare the dish. That is why am writing about it.
