The people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is the founder of this delightful dish and also some food historians said that this dish comes from KPK. It is also believed that Mutton Karahi is originated from the Indian Subcontinent at the ruling of the great Mughalai Family in the early 17th century. Now it becomes famous all across the world.
Kunna gosht is the magical dish of Pakistan. Its specialty is that it is made in a clay pot which modifies its taste. It is famous due to its clay pot serving. This is dish is almost famous all around Pakistan but this is the special dish of Chiniot.
Seekh kabab is the side dry dish like a meatball but when they are put into the gravy the special dish is formed known as seekh kabab masala. The name of the dish is formed by using the names of two dishes. The one dish is Seekh Kabab and the other is Masala that is gravy. This dish was originated from the Indian Subcontinent but it is said that the first Kabab was introduced by the Turkish Traders before the King as their delicacy.
Knafeh is a delicious Cheese pastry dish. It is usually called Palestine dessert but included in many other Asian and Middle Eastern cuisines. There is an ancient story of Knafeh, from the Fatimid Egyptian Empire or Umayyad Caliphate. There are also many variants of Knafeth in Greece, Turkey and Palestine.
North Sumatra province, in Indonesia, has authentic spices for their food. For North Sumatra people, there is a dish that only cooks when there is a special event named Arsik fish.
