Groundnut soup is a special soup of its kind. It is a very unique type of food eaten with cooked groundnut as a complementary to the sauce being prepared with. This food is being cooked by the people of the East region found in Cameroon.

The crab comes from the Douala, precisely from the river wouri, also known as River of prawns. The macabo comes from Bafoussam. This dish comes from Cameroon.
Mafechoutee is a delicious meal gotten from pounding black or red kidney beans and Irish potatoes. This meal originated from the people of the west region of Cameroon mostly the bamilike and the bafoussam people who consider it as one of their favorite dishes.
Okra soup is a slimming soup which is very delicious and easy to prepare and it’s loved by many people. Here in Cameroon there are restaurants specialized just in cooking okra soup with either garri, water fufu or fufu corn. Okra soup is very delicious and nutritive and it’s good for convalescence and pregnant women.
The dish am about to write about today is a wonderful dish. It is usually seen as a sister or brother to Egusi pudding. This dish is groundnut pudding. It is made from groundnut. Groundnut is the main ingredient. It is usually called Mboh.
Fufu corn is a very common staple in Cameroon which is eaten in almost all the ten regions of Cameroon. The choice of the soup or accompaniment now differentiates the clan or the region where it is being prepared. Fufu corn and vegetable with mudfish soup is a very delicious and nutritive meal, it is believed that children from this localities who consume a lot of this meal are very healthy and strong.
White coco yams with white soup is a local cuisine better called whitty whitty due to the white nature it possesses both in the soup and in the compliment, which is the white coco yams. This local cuisine has its origin back in the Bamileke land, from the Bafang inhabitants.
