Kenya – Ndizi ya Kisii

Like I wrote in my past article on Banana cake, here is a meal that it is cooked with plantains. This is a plant that grows banana’s which is eating as fruit and plantains that is cooked or roasted before it is eaten.

Cameroon – Nso Koki Corn

Nso koki corn is a form of corn that is opposite to the legendary known type of Koki, known as Koki beans. In the mouth, it has the feeling of being hard and soft at the same time, though generally, it is harder in the mouth. Nso koki corn is a meal from the Banso inhabitants, also known as the Nso inhabitants.

Ghana – Banku and Tilapia Fish

Jesus Christ fed thousands with fish and bread back then. Today, we eat fish with different accompaniment like fried ripe plantains, bobolo and even banku.

Kurnoo is a wheat wrap cooked in an open fire the wheat wrap has meat inside. This is a very unique dish in Baluchistan also in Punjab. The Smokey aroma of it attracts people.

Pakistan – Traditional Chicken Kachori with Dry Apricot Sauce

Kachori is a deep fried bread filled with chicken and spices. The bread of the kachori is made with plain flour. This is very famous snacks in Pakistan especially in winters.

Kenya – Beef Pilau

Pilau is a typical local dish from the Kenyan coast. The dish had its origin from there since the coastal people are known to have high appetite of spicy food.

France, Spain – Delightful Dessert Cream Caramel/ flan

Caramel cream is the national dessert of Spain, Italy, Portugal, and France. Caramelized custard is one of the forms of sweet dessert. Caramel dessert consists of a layer of caramel sauce and caramel cream which helps it to be sweet and bitter. Caramel dessert is originated from Spain and France. However, this origin is not exact and it is unclear and unknown who the inventor of the caramel cream is.

Kenya – Swahili Pilau

Swahili pilau is a dish that has its origin from the Coastal region of Kenya. The Coastal people of Kenya have adapted the culture of spicing their food; which was a culture inherited from the Arabs traders who visited the East African coast very many years ago.

Have you an oven, or a gas cooker with an oven, then I think you can make your own home base Pizza. There are many Pizza joins around the world. In my country alone, I can’t count, talk less of the western world.
