Pakistan – Mutton Korma

Korma has its roots within the Mughlai Cuisine of the Asian subcontinent. A characteristic Mughal dish, it can be followed back to the 16th century and to the Mughal attacks into the locale.

Tunisian, Algerian, Moroccan – Tajine

This cuisine is at the very top of the entire African cuisines and is loved by everyone. It is basically a pie like dish which consists of chicken which is cooked firstly with spices and then is added to a batter of egg and cheese and baked in the end. Tajines history goes way back to the 9th century as it was written in a folktale collection book called One Thousand and One Nights. It was made on a wooden pot through which it got its name and went on generation to generation. It is considered to be the national dish of Tunisia , Algeria and Morocco and it lives up to the recognition it gets.

Madagascar – Foza sy hena-kisoa (Seafood Platter)

Among the best cuisines from Madagascar is this one, being prepared with the fusion of stir-fried pork, crab, and lobster roast. All these are sea food that are largely found around Madagascar coasts and easy to get.

Kuwait – Traditional Machboos (Spicy Rice With Chicken and Red Sauce)

Machboos is the national dish of Kuwait. The rice specialty with tender and juicy meat with delicious red sauce is amazing. Whenever visitors visit Kuwait they always try Machboos because of rice and who does not love rice. The interesting thing about the dish is the rice is soaked in rose water and saffron. The other rice dishes which are made in rice do not add rose water to the rice. This is the only dish that includes rose water.

Pakistan, India – Tasty Chicken Nuggets

The chicken nugget was designed within the 1950s by Robert C. Baker, a nourishment science teacher at Cornell College, and distributed as un-patented scholarly work. In Pakistan, it is very famous among peoples and restaurants too, also it is available in ordinary restaurants too.

Nigeria – Okpa

Rare cuisines prepared mostly in Africa. Okpa is rare dish. You will mostly see this dish in Nigeria or if prepare elsewhere, you may find out and see the chef or person that prepared the dish is from Nigeria. This doesn’t mean that you can’t prepare the dish. That is why am writing about it.

Pakistan – Shahi Daal Tarka

This is actually a dish from Punjab. This specific lentil has many other dishes cooked. Shahi daal Tarka is among the best when this yellow lentil is cooked. SHAHI, means Royal in English. This dish is originated from the Royal families at the time of the subcontinent and then this word came to the dish.

Ghana – Angwa Mo

Today I will be writing on a traditional meal called Angwa Mo. Angwa Mo is a Ghanaian meal which means oiled rice. This is rice like any other rice. But the cooking process is so different.

Cameroon – Moino Meat

Moino meat is meat gotten from a bird species. The bird in question is called moino and it lives in bushy areas and swampy areas. The eating of moino is well spreaded in the locality of Ndé and it has become a substitute of chicken. Moino meat is a meat type that has spreaded to the other regions and localities of Cameroon.

Ghana – Shito

Looking at the name shito, or how it sounds when pronounced seems funny. But this name means, chilli. This is one of the languages spoken in the region of Accra the capital of Ghana.
