  • cumin seeds
  • fenugreek
  • turmeric
  • soy sauce
  • tomatoes
  • vinegar
  • lemon
  • red chili pwoder
  • black pepper
  • white cumin seeds
  • salt
  • oil
  • water
  • coriander

METHOD

  1. The very first thing is to take a pan and add oil to it over the medium flame to heat it.
  2. Now cut the meat into the pieces.
  3. put this into the pan and start frying it.
  4. lave it to fry for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Now the next step is to gather all the spices in the bowl.
  6. put the chopped onions and tomatoes in it with a tablespoon of salt.
  7. put all the spices along with it.
  8. mix it well.
  9. put this in the pan of meat and start frying it as well.
  10. when the meat is done with its stuff.
  11. your dish is ready to eat
