Egypt – Umm Ali

Umm Ali is called as the “ ROYAL DISH “ of Egypt.
Umm Ali is one of the most famous desserts of Egypt. In every country, this dish is famous not because of its name, just because of its taste as well. This is like a puff pastry which is made with pudding and cake.
Desserts are often considered the last dessert to finish a meal, but prison fans agree that desserts are always on time. Ingredients used for this type of fall provide you with flexibility and variety. Similarly, ancient Egyptian food is better than a delicious mercury sauce made from olive oil or rava (Egyptian flatbread). Walnuts and warm milk are added to the Pamir press, and consistency is obtained when mixed with whipped cream. The results are clear and caramelized and the bottom is clean and smooth.
Umm Ali, the Egyptian cousin is now called bread pudding. The idea is to make pre-cooked cabbage with milk and sugar and cook it in the oven. It is one of the most popular desserts in the Middle East and is very easy to prepare. INGREDIENTS
- milk

METHOD
- The very first thing that you have to do is to make puff pastries, so for this take a puff pastry square and bake it by putting the mixture in it.
- Bake it for almost 20 minutes.
- Now on the other hand, add cream in the bowl.
- Add sugar and vanilla essence in it.
- Add cream in it.
- Take saucepan and add milk to it along with sugar.
- When the milk starts boiling, remove from the heat.
- Now add puff pastry into the pan and pour hot milk over it.
- Heat it for almost 10 minutes and then your pudding is ready.
