Egypt – Mombar

Mombar is one of the best sausage dishes in Egypt. It is just like the street food of Egypt because it is famous all around the world but especially in Egypt. Mombar is mostly used as an appetizer and served before the meal but you can have it anytime in the day like in breakfast, lunch, diner, before a meal, etc. Mombar is always present in the ceremony, festivals, and special occasions of Egypt because it is a symbol of Love and shows luck to their occasions.
This is actually a very unique dish because this dish used the intestine in their meal, this dish totally depends upon the intestine. Intestine Is stuffed with minced meat and rice. You can use different things in their stuffing but it is better to add minced meat and rice so it gives you an actual taste of Mombar. You can modify this dish by adding different ingredients in their stuffing and it totally changes the taste.
If you are a food lover then it totally ups to you that how you can modify it and make it better. in the beginning, when you try it first then you should eat the actual Mombar of Egypt and made it exactly with the actual recipe of Mombar by adding minced meat and rice along with all the spices that are used in Egypt for their food.
This is one of the dishes which is very easy to make and the special thing about it, that you can make it in just a few simple steps and in no time. If you don’t know about the ABC of cooking then also it is not a big deal, you can easily make it just by following the few steps mentioned below. You have to make just stuffing and then deep-frying it, and it is very easy to make at home.

The intestine used in cooking is also called CHITTERLINGS. Different Chitterlings used in coking of different animals. Large intestines are used in cooking especially. You can also use the small intestine as chitterling but you should boil it for more than 10 minutes so it can be neat and clean and able to eat.

RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- intestine
- salt
- black pepper
- minced meat
- rice
- cumin
- garlic
- ginger
- oil
- flour
METHOD
- The very first thing that you hahve to do is to clean the intestine with water.
- Now for stuffing, take a bowl and add minced meat in it.
- Add garlic and all the other spices in it.
- Mix it well.
- Put the stuff in the intestine and tie iit from both of the ends so that the stuff does not come out of it.
- Deep fry them in the oil.
- Serve it.
