Egypt – Ful wa Ta’meya

Phil Midmas and Tamiya Egyptian fast food. They are an important part of Egyptian cuisine. Efwa is made from beans, called a frame in a large pot, which is like many calories burned overnight. Damia, or Egyptian pepper, is made from crushed beans, which are then mixed with oil and then deep-fried, which, unlike Lebanese pepper, is used to make hummus. Suitable for vegetables.
Actually, it means beans and lentils, and it is a food that is unique to the Egyptians. In fact, it is an important part of Egyptian cuisine because it complements the two ingredients available in the country.
Filipino or Tamia in Egypt, we often call it street food. In most parts of the Middle East, falcon is made of one gram of clay. In Egypt, we make dried fava beans from it. They are best served with whipped bread, tomatoes, onions and chopped sauce.

RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- onion
- beans
- fresh parsley
- coriander
- garlic
- ginger
- oil
- salt
- red chili power
- black pepper
- turmeric
METHOD
- Everyone know, beans are very hard so we have to soak it in the water overnight for the best cooking.
- Chopped the garlic, onion and all the other stuff and fry them in the oil.
- Fry the beans in the oil and add all the spices.
- Add spices in it.
- leave it for cook about 30 minutes.
