Pakistan, India, Bangladesh – Chicken Cheesy Balls

Chicken cheesy balls i a local cuisine which is really famous in Pakistan and many areas of other Asian Countries. This dish looks like balls as you can see in it’s name. This dish is made up of cheese and chicken due to which it becomes delicious and as well as healthy.

Pakistan – Elementary Dish of Pakistan “Daal Chawal”

Daal is actually lentils usually yellow and red one mixed with some flavors. And chawal is actually simple boiled rice or tarka rice (aromatic rice).
This dish is like heaven on earth, even the daal chawal lovers are spread everywhere in Pakistan.

Pakistan – Matar Waly Chawal (Peas Pilaf)

In Pakistan, there are two famous rice dishes, one is BIRYANI and the other is PILAF. Many regions have a special version of Pilaf in their cuisine. Pakistan is also famous for its street food. The famous street food of Lahore is TAWA PULAO. Pilaf is considered to be originated from PERSIA. During the 10th century, Ibn Sīnā wrote many books on medical sciences. In one of his books, he explained the advantages and disadvantages of a few dishes and Pilaf was in one of the dishes. Persians called Ibn Sina, the “father” of modern pilaf.

Pakistan – RAS MALAI

Meaning of the word ras malai is comes from two words RAS means syrup or sweet flavor and MALAI means cream. Ras Malai is the most delicious of my sweet Pakistan a few miles away.

Khichri is another name of goodness.It prepared by adding rice,moong daal,ghee,salt,cloves,cumin and many other ingredients.The name of it is derived from sanskrit word khicca which means a dish of rice.You can eat khichri as lunch or dinner.

Korean – Jeon

Jeon is a kind of fritters used as a snack and in brunch. It is very common go-to food of Korean Cuisine. It is served as appetizer, anju or banchan. Banchan is named for the side dishes served with the main Korean meal. Anju is a Korean term used to call that snacks, served with alcohol. And Buchimgae is the Korean Pancake, used to cooked mainly with vegetables and smoked eggs.

Japan – Osechi RAYORI ( New year’s Feast )

TSUBUKU, is actually a founder of this dietary cuisine. The traditional way to celebrate Japanese cuisine’s idea is given by Tsubuku. The main dish of this special feast is ZONI. Zoni is a specially formulated rice dish.

Japan – Sushi Platter

Sushi is also known as Sushi-Meshi. It is a vinegar rice dish with having raw seafood slices and nori seaweed sheets. Sushi is usually confused with other Japanese dish that is SASHIMI, which is also a Japanese-originated dish of raw meat and just thin slices of meat served with soy sauce. Sushi is originated from the old tradition of Fermentation of rice. The people of Japan MUORMACHI PERIOD, ferment the rice for months and then served it with raw fish. There are different types of sushi served in worldwide with addition of different ingredients, different cooking methods, etc.

India, Pakistan – Gulab Jamun

Gulab jamun is a second name of a dish. This dish is originated in Persia where this dish is called as Luqmat Al Qadi which is the original name of this sweet dish. This persian dish is made up of dough like balls which are deep fried in oil and then dip in liquid sugar.
