This dish is a Japanese fish dish that is also called JAPANESE GRILLED FISH. This is cooked by grilling procedure. Nimono is the category of Japanese cuisine in which simmering dishes are placed. There are two main elements of the dish: fish and sauces, while others are also be added but according to the choice. This is a dish from the 19th Century and the invention of this dish is not known.

Laos – Mok Pa

This dish is a very unique dish, it actually called a Chinese dish but it is related to the cuisine of Singapore and Indonesia. Usually, people of Indonesia want to eat breakfast. It is a FRIED RICE NOODLES. The meaning of Kwetiau is “FLAT NOODLES”. Kwetiau Goreng is also used as street food in Singapore. Basically, the origin of this dish is China.

Meaning of the word ras malai is comes from two words RAS means syrup or sweet flavor and MALAI means cream. Ras Malai is the most delicious of my sweet Pakistan a few miles away.

North Korea – Japchae ( Stir-fried Glass Noodles )

These are Korean stir-fried noodles cooked in many Asian countries as a snack and dinner. Japchae is only made from noodles which are made from glass noodles. There are many versions of Japchae which is cooked with different ingredients, with different spices and versions. This dish was on the top list of Korean Royal Court Cuisine.

It is a chicken dish originating in the Asian countries like Pakistan, India and Bangladesh. The dish is very popular among the people of India, Bangladesh and Pakistan.

Pakistan – Mutton Pulao/Pilaf

This dish is made by meat stock and then several spices, chilies, and vegetables are added. Biryani is supposed to be spicier and has the addition of more spices in it. It is assumed that Pulao is only made by meat but in Pakistan, Pulao has many varieties even in vegetarian. Also in Pakistan, Pulao is served on the hawkers roadside and even in restaurants. The road side pulao is also known as TAWA PULAO. Mutton is cooked around the Bakra Eid ( festivals of Muslim, eid).
