Pakistan, India – Traditional Bhindi Gosht (Ladyfingers With Meat)

Bhindi gosht is a special type of desi cuisine that originates from the Indian Subcontinent. In Pakistan, everyone knew about that dish and made it almost every home once a week. I personally liked it very much its taste and aroma are so fantastic and mouthwatering. Pakistan is the only country that has many desi dishes and their people loved them so much. Bhindi Gosht is an Urdu or Hindi language word which means ladyfingers with meat. The actual origin is undefined but from the sources of food historians, it is originated and rooted in the Indian Subcontinent around about 18th.century.

Pakistan – Mutton Pulao/Pilaf

This dish is made by meat stock and then several spices, chilies, and vegetables are added. Biryani is supposed to be spicier and has the addition of more spices in it. It is assumed that Pulao is only made by meat but in Pakistan, Pulao has many varieties even in vegetarian. Also in Pakistan, Pulao is served on the hawkers roadside and even in restaurants. The road side pulao is also known as TAWA PULAO. Mutton is cooked around the Bakra Eid ( festivals of Muslim, eid).

Korean – Sundubu-jjigae

This is a Korean Soup that can be made up from Scratch. The spicy Korean Tofu soup is very popular in Korea. Sundubu-jjigae or Soondubu Jjigae are two names of the same dish, tofu stew. The main component besides seafood is TOFU. There are varieties of JJIAGE, stew dishes of Korean cuisine.

Hunan chicken is a very famous Chinese Cuisine. This chicken is very tasty and full of cream. Hunan sauce is compulsory with Hunan chicken. This sauce is very spicy and also dry in texture. The dish is not only famous in China but also in SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA, INDONESIA, HONG KONG, etc. Hunan cuisine is originated in 1th of Century, Then it is modified by the people of China.
