Tanzania – Pilau Rice
Tanzania also has an attitude of preparing tasteful cuisines. Today I will be writing about rice. Rice is very common but it is valued by everyone. The rice used here to prepare Tanzanian Pilau rice is basmati rice.

Puff puff is one of west Africa breakfast delicacy. This is usually eating most at times during breakfast. With tea or pap. In Cameroon, during the rush hour mornings, many people leave their homes hurrying to work without eating at home.
Chips Mayai is a very popular dish in Tanzania. This is a very common dish in Tanzania and other parts of Africa like Cameroon. In Cameroon, this is a very popular dish and it could be seen made on the streets every day for breakfast. But in Tanzania and other African countries like Cameroon, they add more value to it.
Moi moi is a nice dish eating in Africa. This is common with the Nigerian people. Unlike koki beans and koki corn in Cameroon, in Nigeria it is Moi moi.
Today, I am about to write on another cuisine valued most by Tunisians, but eating by nearly all Africans. This Tunisian stew is made from Okras, and can be prepared with chicken, lamb or beef.
Scotch egg is a wonderful meal. I don’t know if I should call it a meal or not, but just eating two or sometimes even one of a rich scotch egg, you may get full or satisfied.
This is another African delicacy which originates mainly from South Africa. This cuisine is processed and baked. It is delicious and has a wonderful aroma.
