Meals are of different kind. Some very easy, some very difficult. Today is about Gari Foto. It is an easy dish. Easy to prepared and of low income.
Shakshuka is a meal common in the Algeria, Moroco, Tunisia etc. It is a wonderful and simple cuisine. Made all from natural ingredients.
We leave to eat or we eat to leave? This a question many people answer it wrongly. Normally the answer is, we eat to leave. Food is very an important substance that sustain life on earth.
In Cameroon around the seashore, there are many women and men there, ready to serve you with this delicious sea delicacy. This cuisine unlick any other sea food is so delicious and is eating by so many people who visit. This is common with countries that have the ocean or sea. But some don’t do this by the sea or ocean. Rather, they take it to town restaurants to prepare it.
Kalebula is a traditional dish, common to the Zambian people and is made from potatoes leaves. Normally, it is accompanied by so many other spices like tomatoes and onions, but what give the name Kalebula, is the potatoes leaves.
Cakes have often served the test of time. This is food whose process does not need tomatoes, onions, maggi or frying. Rather sugar, flour, oil and other dry ingredients and they are just kept in an air tide heated environment for about 40-45 for them to cook.
The dish am about to write about today is a wonderful dish. It is usually seen as a sister or brother to Egusi pudding. This dish is groundnut pudding. It is made from groundnut. Groundnut is the main ingredient. It is usually called Mboh.
Palm nut soup also known as Ofe Akwu is a delicious African delicacy made from creamy extract got from pulverized palm nut fruit. In Africa, and Nigeria to be précised, the women must know how to cook.
Ghanaian Jollof rice is what I am going to be writing on today. I had writing on jollof rice, but that was jollof rice prepared in the Cameroonian style. Preparing jollof rice in Ghana is slightly different. Take note not to get confuse.
