Cameroon – Scotched Egg
Scotch egg is a wonderful meal. I don’t know if I should call it a meal or not, but just eating two or sometimes even one of a rich scotch egg, you may get full or satisfied.

Rice is a very common meal. Common and delicious. The meal is simple also. Very simple and affordable. In my country Cameroon, when an orphanage is to be visited, rice is carried along.
In Africa, there are so many tribes and cultures practiced by millions of people in different areas of Africa. In Africa, we don’t joke with traditional meals. Most of which I have already writing on.
Nkwobi is a typical Nigerian Cuisine. It is an expensive dish with cow foot as its main visible components. It is often termed as food for the rich. This is because the dish is expensive and for an individual to prepare this dish at home, maybe for a party or for home consumption, that person should be rich.
Those interested in opening restaurants, I will tell you here and out of experience, apart from the white man’s decision on whether not to consume African meals, the meals are delicious and costly in areas of scarcity. Today, I will write about a delicious Nigerian delicacy that is worth practicing and adopting as a main dish in your home. The dish is called Owoh.
Cakes have often served the test of time. This is food whose process does not need tomatoes, onions, maggi or frying. Rather sugar, flour, oil and other dry ingredients and they are just kept in an air tide heated environment for about 40-45 for them to cook.

Jesus Christ fed thousands with fish and bread back then. Today, we eat fish with different accompaniment like fried ripe plantains, bobolo and even banku.
Chicken Yassa can be prepared with chicken, lamb or fish. But chicken is best. People in Senegal prefer chicken because it is common. In Senegal, you could see people raring chickens in their open yards.
