Egypt – Dukkah

The Dukkah, which is a mixture of Egyptian herbs and spices, is broken down into broken jars that do not require much construction. Named Doka (Doka), it is a traditional Egyptian blend that contains ripe fruits, seeds, and hot spices. Doka means “post” in Arabic, an Egyptian spice made from fruits, seeds, and plants.
