INTRODUCTION

Chicken malai boti is one of the most creamy tasty dishes which adds the best flavor to your dish which every person wants to eat. This is compulsory nowadays in a wedding bells or any type of gathering we can say that this is the best dinner ever. Its marination is the main thing when we marinate chicken with garlic and ginger and some of the spices, all the spice are just entered in its deep taste. It is made on the grill because the grill flavor is so amusing that attracts you to eat.

WHAT IS MALAI BOTI

The meaning of “ malai” is “ something creamy dairy products” which is full of creamy taste and the word “ boti” is the Urdu word which meant to be a piece of chicken. We can say that “ the king of chicken” because you can’t even control yourself to eat this. Its aroma is out of the world that your mouth is constantly watering.

  • Preparation time: 1 to 2 hours for marination
  • Cooking time: 1 hour

INGREDIENTS

  • Butter
  • Cream 1 pack
  • Salt
  • Ginger pate 1 tbs
  • Garlic paste 1 tbs
  • Black pepper 1 tbs
  • Lemon juice 2 tbs
  • Cumin seeds 1 tbs
  • Coriander powder 1 tbs
  • Red chilli powder 1 tbs
  • Boneless chicken
  • Yogurt 3 tbs
  • Coal for heat
  • White pepper
  • Green chili
  • Green coriander leaves

METHOD

  1. Take chicken pieces first into the bowl.
  2. Now for the marination, take a bowl.
  3. Mix all the spices like cumin seeds, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, salt. Black pepper, white pepper, red chili powder, lemon, yogurt, etc into the bowl.
  4. Now put the paste on the chicken nicely on every side.
  5. When the chicken starts to tender and become salt then the marination is ready.
  6. Now take a grill, and put the coals under the grill.
  7. Leave that pieces of chicken on the grill to heat and cook over a grill to become soft and tasty.
  8. Coal’s flavor is so delicious to eat.
