HEALTHY OR NOT ?
This amazing dessert is light on calories and due to addition of fruit it balances the whole dish and keep us healthy. There is not so much sugar required as most of it comes from the fruit itself. But still after all this it is never recommended to eat desserts daily so once a week of this extraordinary dish is the best thing to do.
MY OPINION
The British desserts are always the ones to eat and to make at home. As being there for quite some time I can share my experience in loving and admiring this dessert as it is a great family gathering dessert and also the one to eat when going out with friends. So everyone should try this and tell others to do also.
