Ingredients
- Chicken ( boneless )
- Salt
- Red chili powder : 1 tbs
- Garlic paste : 1 tbs
- Ginger paste : 1 tbs
- Lemon juice : 1 tbs
- Corn flour : 3 tbs
- Egg : 1
- Coriander powder : 1 tbs
- Gram flour
Method
- For the marination of chicken, make a paste of ginger and garlic, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, lemon juice, and all the other ingredients as well mix and apply it on the boneless chicken pieces, nicely and cover it equally.
- Now leave it for 2 to 3 hours so it can absorb all the flavor.
- Now after that, take a pan and add oil to it.
- Heat the oil over a medium flame.
- Fry those marinated chicken in the oil.
- And your dish is ready
