Chicken cheesy balls i a local cuisine which is really famous in Pakistan and many areas of other Asian Countries. This dish looks like balls as you can see in it’s name. This dish is made up of cheese and chicken due to which it becomes delicious and as well as healthy. Now here is your great chance to make a dish for your children because children like to eat this dish as a snack. This dish can also be enjoyed in the brunch along with different sauces. If you want to make this dish healthy then you just have to cook chicken for 20 minutes. Then it will give you healthy effects. This delicious dish is also be eaten by different kind of sauces. This is a simple and easy recipe. As i have given the full recipe of this dish. I suggest you to make this dish at home and give it to others. Ingredients
- 300 g chicken mince
- ½ cup yellow black pepper
- ½ cup onion (chopped)
- ½ cup capsicum (chopped)
- ½ cup red bell pepper(chopped)
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 bread slice
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp corn flour
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp white pepper
- Bread crumbs (as required)
- Mozzarella as required
- 1 tsp oregano
- Oil for frying
Directions
- Take a bowl add chicken mince, onion, capsicum, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, egg yolk, bread slice, corn flour, salt, red chili flakes, black pepper, white pepper, cumin, ginger, garlic and lemon juice.
- Mix all these ingredients well. Then cut mozzarella into small chunks.
- Then mix oregano in bread crumbs.
- Take mince, add cheese cube in center and make a smooth ball.
- Roll the ball in bread crumbs and refrigerate for 30 minuts heat oil in a pan and fry these balls until light golden brown .your tasty fajita balls are ready to serve.
Preparation time: 25 minute
Cooking time: 10-15 minutes
Serving: 8-9 persons
