Pakistan – Gol Gappay

History
Gol gappy is our most tradition and famous dish. It is common in schools, colleges as well as in universities. This spice watered our mouth when we see it. This dish is heaven on earth everyone was ready t eat anytime anywhere. This is the most famous dish of Pakistan.
Ingredients
Dough
- Half kilogram Fine flour
- Half table spoon of salt
Filling
- Boiled chick pea
- Boiled potato
- Phalian(besan)
- 3 table spone of chat masala
- Pinch of salt
Sauce
- 1 cup of tamarind pulp
- Cold water
- Half table spoon of lemon salt
- Half table spoon of mango powder
- Half tbale spoon of dry coriander
- Half table spoon of black salt
- 1 table spoon of chili powder
- Salt
Chatni
- Half cup of tarmarind
- Half cup apricot
- 3 big spoon sugars
- 2 big spoon of jiggery
- 1 table spoon red chilies
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Make sauce as per ingredients add all the ingredients in cold water.
- Now put filling into gol gappy and serve it with sauces.
- This dish is ready when you eat this with sauce and filling and chatni as well.
