Pakistan, India – Sweet and Sour Pakoray

Introduction
There are many local cuisine all over the world and in Asian countries. Today i comes up with a new recipe which is the new and unique version of pakoray. Pakoras are the local cuisine especially in Asian countries. Many people like this because of it’s crispy surface and delicious taste. People eat pakoras with raita and some with sauce. Today i will tell you that how pakoras can be made sweet and sour. It’s a unique dish. You all should try this at home because it’s not too difficult. And easy to make.So you just have to follow these steps and your sweet and sour pakoras are ready.
Ingredients for chicken merination
- Chicken boneless cubes 500g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- Hot sauce 1 tbsp
Ingredients for batter
- Gram flour 1 cup
- Salt to taste
- Egg 1
- Red chili flakes 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Soya sauce 1 ½ tbsp.
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Water as required
- Hot sauce 1 ½ tbsp.
Ingredients for sauce
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 1 cup
- Garlic (finely chopped)1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- White vinegar ¼ cup
- Sugar 1 ½ cup
- Hot sauce 1 ½ tbsp.
- Red chili flakes 1 tbsp
Direction for chicken merination
- Take a bowl add chicken cubes, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and hot sauce.
- Mix it well and marinate it for 15 minutes.
Direction for sauce
- In a pan add oil, add garlic add cook it until light golden brown than add red chili flakes, ketchup, hot sauce, soy sauce, vinegar and salt.
- Mix well and cook it for 1 to 2 minutes. You sauce is ready set aside.
Direction for batter
- In a bowl add gram flour, salt, red chili flakes , egg, black pepper, cumin powder and hot sauce.
- Add a water gradually and make a batter.
- Take marinated chicken chuncks and coat them in batter.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry marinated chicken chunks in it until light golden brown on medium low flame .your tasty sweet and sour chicken pakoras are ready to serve.
Preparation time:10 minutes
Cooking time:20 minutes
Serving:3 to 4 persons
