Pakistan – Delicious Browned Rice

Introduction

I have continuously adored fried rice. I may likely eat a complete bowl. The extraordinary thing about this formula is that you simply can include anything you’d like! I have included bacon, chicken, and ham. Ingredients

  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Rice 1 & ½ cup
  • Vegetable & egg
  • Oil 2 tbs
  • Egg 1
  • Garlic 1 tbs
  • onion white chopped ½ cup
  • Carrot grated 1 cup
  • Cabbage chopped ½ cup
  • onion chopped ½ cup
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Chinese salt 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Vinegar 1 tsp
  • Water ¼ cup

Cooking Method

  • Soak rice in water for 2 hours.
  • Boil water and add salt, vinegar to that. Add it to the boiling water. Add oil in it and provides it a boil. Drain water and put aside.
  • Take another pan and add 1 tbs oil to that, crack an egg and stir it quickly to form it in threads. cast off egg put aside.
  • Add 1 tbs of oil and add garlic to that. Then add onion (white part) and carrot and blend well. Next add cabbage, onion, salt, Chinese salt, black pepper, soya sauce and vinegar.
  • Cook for two mins and so add the rice and dis hand blend. Add ¼ cup water and keep it on low flame for five mins.
  • Enjoy and served in the front of your family or guests.
