As we know that Singaporeans usually eat noodles and rice in their every meal so this dish which is called ” MEE SIAM ” is also based on “NOODLES’ and “RICE”. It is not only famous in Singapore but also in Malaysia due to its taste and type of food. This is very sour, spicy, sweet, and different kinds of stuff. Shrimps can also play a vital role in this dish but are not compulsory. This dish is first cooked by Terence Cao.

Singapore, Indonesia – Kwetiau Goreng

This dish is a very unique dish, it actually called a Chinese dish but it is related to the cuisine of Singapore and Indonesia. Usually, people of Indonesia want to eat breakfast. It is a FRIED RICE NOODLES. The meaning of Kwetiau is “FLAT NOODLES”. Kwetiau Goreng is also used as street food in Singapore. Basically, the origin of this dish is China.

Mee Pok is very unique and tasty noodles that are very saucy and creamy. Mee Pok noodles are wide and flatter as compared to simple noodles. Mee Pok is the CHINESE NOODLES but famous in Singapore especially, also in Malaysia, Indonesia, and many more. Mee KIA is the small version of Mee Pok. Sauce plays a very important role in noodles and, soup is the side dish of noodles. These noodles are served in Chaoshan, the region in the east of China near Guangdong.
