Pakistan – Keema Bhare Karely (Mince Stuffed Bitter Gourd)

Introduction
Keema Bharay Kerele is a Pakistani recipe and perfect meal for lunch. It is a wonderful simple, easy and tempting stuffed karela recipe. I would like to share that keema karely has many variation and taste vary from recipe to recipe. Everyone has its own method of cooking but the method which today I am going to share with you is the easiest, simplest and tastiest method. Karela that is commonly called bitter melon or bitter gourd in English No doubt karela is a excellent blood purifier that supports in fighting many skin diseases. Although karela is bitter in taste but eat it to have many healthy benefit due to its bitterness I have decide to cook it with keema. Keema that is called minced in English. we usually cooked kareley as like so its bitterness went away and enhance the flavours of the dish
As I have mentioned above that today I am about to share with you the recipe of keema bharay karele . keema Bharay is a famous Pakistani recipe. Keema Bharay karele mostly liked to eat in lunch and dinner. Although most of women feel difficult to cook keema karele at home that’s why today I have made it easy to cook at home. My recipe is easy to prepare in short time and best in taste. According to me it is the healthiest lunch or dinner. This recipe will win the heart of your family members and guest who will eat it so try it at your home with the help of my recipe and win the heart. The detail of the recipe is given below in easy steps:-
Ingredients
- Beef Mince 500 grams
- Bitter Melon/ gourd (Karele) 500 grams
- Salt 1and ½ tsp
- Red pepper powder ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Garlic paste ½ tsp
- Ginger paste ½ tsp
- Onion 2 chopped
- Turmeric powder ½ tsp
- Tomato chopped 200 grams
- Green Chili 5 in slice
- Oil 1 and ½ cup
- Water 4 cup
- Thread as required
- Pomegranate seeds grinded 1 tsp
1st Stage (Preparing Karele)
- First of all wash the karele ( bitter melon) and peal it
- Then have a one cut on each karela in lengthwise
- Pour 1tsp on karele and wait for 1 hour
- After 1 hour wash well the karele again
- Take a hot pan put 2cup water in it and keep it on flame and wait for 10 minutes
- After 10 minutes stain the karele
2nd Stage (Cooking Keema)
- First of take a hot pan and put ½ cup oil in it
- Add onion and wait for 5 minutes till it turned to golden brown
- Add ginger paste and Garlic Paste and wait for 1 minute
- Put tomato, green chili, red pepper, black pepper, salt, pomegranate seeds, cumin and turmeric powder and mix well
- Add keema (mince) in it and wait 5-7 minutes and fry well
- After 5-7 minutes add 2 cup of water in it and turn the flame medium and wait for 15-20 minutes
- After 15-20 minutes keema mixture is ready
3rd Stage (Fry the Karele):
- Take the stained karele and put the keema mixter in it with the spoon
- And strongly tied the karele with the help of thread
- Take a hot pan put 1 cup of oil in it and keep it on the flame
- When the oil is hot and keep the flame low,
- put the karele in it for 10 minute and roll it
- After 10 minutes untied the thread and keema Bharay karele is ready to serve.
