Pakistan – Special Butter Chicken Kadai

Introduction

In these days chicken is a cultural dish. Now a day’s either there will be a festival, marriage ceremony get together of friend or any celebration Chicken is necessary to cook there. That’s why today I m going to prepare recipe of chicken that is Special Butter Kadai. Butter is good source of Vitamin A, a fat soluble vitamin needed for skin health, immune function, and healthy vision.

As we know this in these days people are avoiding to the market food. And chicken is cooked once or twice in a week in every family. People like to eat food that is cooked in neat and clean environment. Looking at the desire of people I have prepared this recipe so that people can enjoy such a delicious at their own home. That is good to health.

Special Butter Chicken Kadai

The recipe of special Butter Chicken Kadai consists of three stages that are given below in detail.
1st stage is of Marinate of chicken.
2nd stage is fry of Marinated chicken
Third is final stage that is of cooking

Ingredients

Special Butter Chicken Kadai
1st Stage

  • Boneless Chicken 400 grams
  • Yogurt 200 grams
  • Garm Masala ½ tsp
  • Red pepper grounded ½ tsp
  • cumin ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Ginger paste ½ tsp
  • Garlic Paste ½ tsp
  • Oil 1 cup

Marinate

First of all Put the boneless chicken in the bowl then add yogurt , Garm Masala, Red pepper grounded , cumin powder, salt , Garlic paste and Ginger paste . mix all these ingredients and put in the bowl for 02 hours the bowl should be covered.

2nd Stage (fry of Marinated chicken)

Fry this marinated boneless chicken in oil with the help of pan.

3rd Stage (cooking)

Require ingredients for 3rd stage are given below for 3rd stage ingredients are required separately then the 1st stage:

Ingredients

  • Butter 100 grams
  • Onion 2 choped
  • Ginger paste ½ tbsp
  • Garlic Paste ½ tbsp
  • Garm Masala ½ tsp
  • Red pepper grounded ½ tsp
  • cumin ½ tsp
  • Salt ½ tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 4 tbsp
  • Nestle Cream 100grams
  • Coriander

Method

First of all put the butter in a kadai and mix the chopped onion it and wait till the onion will light brown. And then put garlic and Ginger paste in it for 2 minutes. Then put garm Masala, red pepper cumin powder and salt in it for 1 minute then add tomato ketchup and ix it well. The put cream in it and for more five minutes so that cream will mix in it. At the last put the fried boneless chicken in it and covered it for 05 minutes. special Butter chicken is ready to serve.
