Pakistan – Fried Chicken

INTRODUCTION
Meat dishes are very traditional in Pakistan, especially when fried. In fact, when the chicken is baked in its own oil and water, it contains Pakistani aromas like crushed spices, Zardchal, and joined it. This process is made with chicken flavors and fruit juices so it is fragrant. It is full of charming and delicious, charming fragrances. It is a perfect holiday dish for weddings, many religious ceremonies.
The taste is so popular that when you go to Lahore, Pakistan, you can find this delicious dish in various places. Food is one of the things that can make a person smile. This amazing dish is very easy to make, you can mix oil and pleasant aroma in water to preserve water and taste, and steam whole chicken in a bowl with some ingredients. Then, when the chicken is cooked, butter is added to give it a crushed and creamy taste.
INGREDIENTS
- Chicken 1
- teaspoon salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- T1 cumin powder
- T1 coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon hot spices
- T4 tablespoon garlic paste
- T4 tablespoon canal paste
- Green pepper paste in 4 tablespoons
- 1 glass of yogurt
- Garlic 4 butter
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of lemon
- T 1 tablespoon nude fragrance
METHOD
- Cook a large meal and add the chicken with all the spices except the butter, add 1 cup of water and cook on medium heat for 20 minutes.
- After a while, turn the chicken over and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the water has boiled.
- When the chicken is cooked and the moisture evaporates, add oil and fry and cook the chicken in hot chicken. (You can also put the chicken in a hot oven for 10-15 minutes, the outer layer of chicken is removed and the inside is soft and juicy.)
- Serve the chicken with extra crockery as it is usually served with french fries, fried vegetables, and mashed potatoes.
