Pakistan – Chicken Bar B Q Platter

This dish is actually a plate of full meal. It included the special types of Kababs made up of chicken, either mutton or beef. This meal has small tikka pieces, a chicken roasted thigh with amazing sauces and salad. This platter is served in many restaurants in Pakistan.

Vietnam – Bo Luc Lac

For most of us, meet up again with our ex can become an awkward moment, but not in Vietnam. There is a place known as the love market Khau Vai. On every 26th and 27th of the lunar calendar, there is a unique festival held in the Khau Vai market. On that day, hundreds of ex-couple gathering in the market and enjoy the love market festival. Despite their unique festival, Vietnam also full of delicious dishes. One of the beef meals is Bo Luc Lac.

Laos – Lard

Laos, one of the countries in Southeast Asia, has a delicious raw meat dish called Larb. Larb in minced meat salad, originally from Southeast Asia, some say it comes from Thailand, but it originally comes from Laos. Larb also has much spelling like (larb, laab, larp, laap, lahb, lob, lop, and the list goes on). Sometimes they use Thailand way to cook Larb to creating savory flavor.

Rwanda – Isombe

Isombe is a vegetable of Cassava leaves, that are boiled fresh with water, then mixed with other ingredients to bring the best recipe. This cuisine is prepared in Rwanda mostly in rural areas, due to the availability of Cassava leaves being low.

Japan – Yakitori

YAKITORI is a very famous and popular dish among food lovers in Japan. KUSHIYAKI is a term used in Japan for grilling and stirring. So this chicken is marinated and then Khushiyahi on charcoal.

Zimbabwe – Maguru Stew (Tripe)

Zimbabwe with Maguru stew as among the best loved traditional dishes, it is a country surrounded by Mozambique, Botswana, Zambia and South Africa. Shona people as one of the largest tribes found in the country prefer this meal, though if prepared by boiling only. This is to mean, Maguru stew hold it’s origin from the traditional ways of eating.

Pakistan, India, Bangladesh – Khad Khargosh (Rabbit Curry)

Khad is actually the jaw of an animal that is very healthy to eat. This is not a common dish of Pakistan but one of the healthiest dishes to eat. Most people are not known for this dish, but once you eat this you can’t regret eating this.

Zambia – Inswa

In every rainy season, you will see golden flies all around places in Zambia, they are flying termites. Here in Zambia we call them Inswa. In nearby country that is Tanzania, they usually call them “Kumbikumbi”.
